wow.... sturm, hav u considered taking over customer service.... u hav a professionalism that is rare... not just riot but in general. I am not saying the state of league is ok now.... cuz its not.... but your attitude toward the issue actually gave me a little morale boost (other reds study this guy. this is how u handle problems).

My queue time is hovering around 30 minutes and its been like that for the last 10 minutes when LoL decided to kick me out of a game i was already in. Thanks.

Sturm, thank you for this update. This post right here is honestly the best post that I have seen through the entire timeframe of this dilemma. You addressed all the most important issues and you even responded specifically to summoners and answered their questions. Sturm i would like to personally thank you and all of your team members that are at work right now. This attitude that all of the Rioters have put towards the sitiuation and how you have handled it is one reason why when i get out of college i would like to try and get a job at Riot Games.
