Fiddlesticks

Heroes like ashe, sivir etc are harder than one thinks, they have huge positioning issues. Fiddle on the other hand merely waits for a teamfight to begin ult from over the wall and fears + drains - simple.

Ashe is far from easy to play. A global ult skillshot is tough to master. Squishy without a great escape mechanism. Most people fail to recognize and utilize the usefulness of her hawkshot as well. Using it as a scouting tool requires good map sense and awareness, but when used well could serve your team immensely.

any decent player who knows what a skillshot is can play him well. It also helps that Ezreal is probably the strongest champ in the game right now.

If you know what a skill shot is and you get hit you're bad.
Skillshots are easy to avoid. Dont stop moving, juke. It's not hard. And juking does not mean performing the same maneuver over and over again as they will tag you if they know where you're going.......

Skill shots are easy to land on baddies.

It actually really depends on the player. There are some champs, that I personally think are very easy to play, but they are hard for others... The same way I played ashe like 1 or 2 times in my life - she isnt hard to play, but using her in her full potential does require some skill (I gave ashe just as an example)

Yi is the easiest to play because the concept of right clicking on ppl with a spell that gives you extra damage and an ulti that makes u hit faster is an easy concept string that with no need for skill shotting and yi is easy.
ashe is easy but you do have to aim with ulti and she is more frail than yi is so yi wins easy champ

Annie. Her basics are realy easy to learn, and then she can rip apart enemy teams no matter what ELO or game type your playing.

1. charge stun
2. drop bear into enemy team
3. huehuehue
