I'm new to the dominion scene, how does one check their dominion elo?

Use either:

or

lolnotes

Download the client from lolmatches.com, run it, and play one Dominion game. Then check lolmatches for the game it uploaded, and you can see the Elo you were at during champion select (therefore ratings on lolmatches are always one game behind).

Does lolmatches still work?

Since the last update I cant seem to see any updates on my matches. When I run the client it says its sending prematch data but then I never get any after game stats and nothing uploads to lolmatches....

It's been buggy since the last patch, and apparently the programmer has been too busy lately to fix them.

You have to play 400 dominion games and average the amount of points you earn in each one and that's your approximate elo.
