I love Draven and the Q AA modifier it's great for early game dominace and harrasment.
Darius Q makes the next AA deals 85% (lvl 5) of bonus dmg (almost a normal crit) and you can continue if you catch them.
But then late game comes and you build Crit chance and IE (Now crits deal 150%), so now what's the point of chase Spinning Axes and getting out of position if you can deal more dmg just by AA?
If they crit they are awesome if they don't waste of time lategame

The damage from auto-attack modifiers rarely are able to crit, but their damage is added to a crit. See Cait's Headshot.
I'm guessing it works the same way as Vayne's tumble, where the bonus damage and the damage from the crit are just added.
The bonus damage will never crit, but your auto attack that applied it can.
(Attack * crit modifier) + bonus damage)
(Damage*crit muliplier) + (spinning axe bonus damage) = big red number
it works like this...
(Base damage)+(Draven Q)+(Crit damage x (Crit modifier-100%))
Q can crit but it doesn't apply the +85% damage to the crit's damage, just the base. So it's +235% total with an IE.
