There's no such thing as The Build. When gearing Tristanna there's three things to consider- her AS steroid, what your lane partner is, and your overall team comp compared to the other team's.

First, because Tristanna has a massive AS steroid you will end up neglecting AS in your early game gearing. While a character like Ashe or Graves would value a Zeal early game, Tristanna doesn't have the same draw.

Otherwise what and how you gear depends on how protected you are. I'm not going to tell you how to gauge that. Generally it translates to little things like buying an early BT over an IE.

But anyone worth their salt knows that there's no iron clad build to follow. Gearing is reflexive and you never end up buying the same way twice.

ascon is right but its not very helpful. So heres a general guide to get you started.

Generally with Trist you start with a Dorans Blade. Then you usually get a second blade, boots. The boots get upgraded to zerker boots at some point. Get a plain vamp scepter to help with sustain. You may upgrade thsi to a Wriggles, OR save the scepter for later.
You work towards an Infinities Edge, ideally saving 1650 for the BFSword first.

So you got Doranx2,zerker,IE,vamp. Now you want to focus on Phantom Dancer. Following that, you will either upgrade to a Bloodthirster or get a Phage/Frozen Mallet (selling a doran).

That is the usual strategy. With trist you want to get the IE first because
a) laning is about Poking mostly. So getting the BFSword/etc is really helpful for poke and last hit.
b) Trist has the midgame 90% AS steroid. So boosting AD is her best way to get super high damage.

If you can get healed (Soraka on team, partnered with Ali, Taric, etc):
Dorans, IE, BT/PD, PD/BT.
If you don't get any healing from your lane partner:
boots+3, BT, IE/PD, PD/IE.

Either way rush bf sword if possible. Gets AS boots when you have the money.

Subject to change based on how aggressive you are, they are, etc. boots+3 are for playing defensive, Dorans is for being aggressive. If you're doing well and not taking damage, or team fights are starting get IE. If laning goes on a while and you need sustain, vamp scepter, possibly into BT.

But you don't want wriggles on Tristanna. At all.

She's already notorious for being able to push lanes and over extend on accident because of the passive effect tied to her explosive shot, and Wriggle's only makes it worse. You're not solo top, and you're not jungling. There's just no good reason to consider wriggles. Or even a vamp scepter before you have a strong AD base.

Doran's blade is good, yes, and even two or three. You don't need to over-invest in sustain that early though unless something's going severely wrong.

If you understand basic gear theory- why and when you want an IE versus a BT, when a black cleaver makes sense, what makes Tristanna's gear needs as an AD carry different from Caitlynn, or Ashe, and so on you both hit that point where you realize there's no iron clad build to follow as well as why asking what the best build is a bad idea.

And honestly, because of how basic gearing a carry is it's not so much how you gear her but how you play her that counts. Don't be the Tristanna that rushes two phantom dancers. Don't be the Tristanna that initiates a team fight with rocket jump.

If u want a hard core Tristana start with boots 3 pots
Then try to save for bf sword if that means but like 5 pots unless Ur with like a sona
Then. Got standard bloodthirtser phantom dancer then go for infinity
For got to mention get mercy threads afther bt
Then last two items last whisper and hetex gun blade or anything with ap ad tOgether
One u finish Ur build sell phantom for trinity and sell boots for phantom or another bt if u kinda die fast
So with her passive double bt is scary beacuse she can get away with rocket jumps And life steal in the back
Also take cleans and flash or ignite if they have like some one who can life steal like nothing like a fiddle
