What is the best website for recommemded LOL builds, runes, masteries, etc... I currently check mobafire which is alright but maybe not the best. Any suggestions?

I like mobafire. Look for the high % ones. like 90+ or they could be ****.

mobafire is awful, no one has any idea how to build the champs. Go solomid, the guides aren't even allowed to be posted without being approved by a professional first

LoLpro and Solomid are generally regarded as two decent ones. Mobafire is just too filled with trolls upvoting other troll builds. Is "rush warmogs on Riven" guide still the top guide?

on solomid do you go by the featured or approved guides mostly?

Expert would be a better choice of words, really high elo people. And in solomid.net you can't even see guides that aren't approved unless you click the submitted filter, even then the featured and approved guides are at the top unless you disable them manually.

Depends, most featured / approved guides are good but you have to keep an eye on the last update. A few "non-approved" ones are also great, just take a look at the +/- votes and compare with other guides.
