I feel like his ganking abilities would be superb, but how are his clear times?

Bad. Take him top or mid and gank after you push your lane. You'd have more AP from items anyway instead of just a cloth and maybe a Kages when you hit 6 when everyone else is already lvl 8-9.

I would expect him to be a relatively slow jungle because of how squishy he is. The fact that he is fast with his E could help in ganks, but honestly I think he is better in lane. Then again, i did have a game where we had jungle Heimer and jungle Taric

Only bad junglers get that far behind, doesn't matter who you jungle with.

Pros:
He COULD gank well.

Cons:
He's very slow in the jungle
He gets very low HP while jungling
He has to get very weird items/masteries/runes to be effective (such as Armor Pen Reds, Attack Speed Blues, AD Quints, etc)
He's easy to counterjungle
Most of the time he'll lose 1v1 against other junglers.

He could jungle, but until level 3 his ganks aren't gonna be that great. .

I think (not sure because i never jungle) Riot made it possible for any champion to be able to jungle. I have (in a bot match) done Jungle AD Sona, so the only way I can relate is that she and Kennen are both squishy, you have to recall after wraiths just to be able to live with red buff, by the time i was able to gank: My team was lvl 7 i was level 4.

I would think Kennen would have the same problems.

The same can pretty much be said about any other Jungler.
