Jinto, the Spark of Hatred

Tags: melee, fighter, assassin.

A fire-based, AD assassin from Ionia. He's also an anthropomorphic tiger. Originally a hero concept for DotA I made 3 years ago (a fire Panda), modified to fit the League of Legends style. I will add his stats, lore and other stuff later.

Innate: Ionian Fire

Basic attacks afflict the target with Ionian Fire, dealing [3 at level 1/6 at level 6/ 9 at level 11] magic damage per second. Other abilities may consume Ionian Fire to enhance their effects, at the cost of removing the effect from the targets. Stacks up to 3 times.

Q: Pyrostrike
(Active): Deals physical damage to a target enemy and stuns them for 0.25 seconds. Pyrostrike will consume Ionian Fire on the target to deal bonus physical damage based on stacks consumed, and stun them for an additional 0.25 seconds per stack.

Physical damage: 50/95/140/185/230 (+1.0 per bonus attack damage)
Additional damage: 20/25/30/35/40 per stack
Max physical damage: 110/170/230/290/350 (+1.0 per bonus attack damage)

Range: 550
Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 mana
Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds.

W: Flame of Renewal/Flame of Desolation

(Passive): Flame of Renewal enhances Jinto’s health regeneration based on his attack damage.

Base health per 5 increased: 1/2/3/4/5.
AD converted into HP5: 0.4/0.8/1.2/1.6/2% of his total attack damage.

(Active): Jinto loses his Flame of Renewal’s passive to cause his next 3 basic attacks to deal a portion of the damage done to nearby enemies. His final attack will hit all enemies around him for full damage. After the final attack is performed, Flame of Hatred will consume up to 6 stacks of Ionian Fire from the enemies hit to restore Jinto’s health based on the amount of stacks consumed.

Initial splash damage: 20/28/36/42/50% of the damage done
Splash AoE: 250
Final attack AoE: 400
Base heal: 40/60/80/100/120 (+1.0 per ability power)
Extra heal: 12/18/24/30/36 per stack.

Cost: 100 mana
Cooldown: 18/17/16/15 seconds

E: Feral Leap
(Active): Jinto leaps forward, increasing his movement speed for 4 seconds or until his next basic attack, dealing bonus physical damage. Feral Leap will consume Ionian Fire on the target hit to reduce its cooldown by 2 seconds per stack.

Bonus physical damage: 20/40/60/80/100 (+1.0 per attack damage)
Bonus movement speed: 15%/18%/21%/24%/28%

Leap distance: 525
Cost: 75 mana
Cooldown: 15/14/13/12 seconds

R: Breath of Hell
(Active): Jinto conjures a wave of fire, dealing heavy physical damage to all enemies in a cone in from of him and reducing their armor for 4 seconds. Breath of Hell will add 3 stacks of Ionian Fire on all the enemies affected.

Physical damage: 250/375/500 (+1.0 per bonus attack damage)
Armor reduced: 25%/30%/35%

Range: 700
Cost: 100/120/140 mana
Cooldown: 100/90/80 seconds
