### 35%?

Hello fellow leaguers. Does anyone feel as if the speed situation and disables makes absolutely no sense at all? For example shurlya's reverie as an active in which it boosts your ability to run by 40% for 4 seconds.. its strange how if i use that and someone slows me by -35% of my current run speed, it's as if it didn't even exist in the first place.. so basically what i'm saying is in theory I should have +5% run speed. And to elaborate it's basically slowing me to normal run speed if i didn't have a boost. Agreed ok thx for reading.

P.S. fix the glitches im sick of throwing ppl forward with voli.

Let's say your movement speed is 300.

You get a 40% boost, so your movement speed would be at 420. So 300*1.4 = 420.

Let's say you had a slow of 40% instead. You will be at 180. 300*0.4 = 120. 300-120 = 180.

Let's say you got slowed by 40% after being boosted by 40%. Your speed will be at 252. 420*0.4 = 168. 420-168 = 252.

I don't see anything wrong. You just can't do simple math.
