Hecarim's passive with the speed buff in top jungle.... is just sick, especially if he is smart and has ghost.

Give him a speed boost support like Zilean (55% more) and he could probably take out any champ in one to two hits. Totally not cool :*(

Hecarim is bad, i have yet to see one do well.

His Q damage is lackluster

His W damage is low and scales from AP, and the regen almost isn't even visible

His E only does decently when it's been going for >3 seconds and leveled early

His R is real good though, also scales AP.

His passive is basically just the unit collision, as it's very very rare he is going to be in a fight and not get slowed.

I'm afraid as triforce user Hecarim fars fall beneath the viability of Jax, Skarner, even J4

oh look, 30% more movement speed! this'll totally buff my passive bonus that isn't meant to be depended on for damage.....

I also agree with Chaiyns about Hecarim.
