BS, not fair players buy and stack up 2 to 3 Phantom Dancers. That's 0% chance to kill them. What way can I kill them. Copy them to buy 2 or 3 Phantom Dancers, it just play like a chicken.

Play AP champion, drop them in one combo.

^both of these are valid counters.

Thornmail returns 30% basic attack damage back to the damage dealer, and is a good deterrent; it will usually get them to focus on other people.

If you play an AP champion, like veigar, annie, swain, etc. Just use your full combo on them. That should be enough to get them to run in fear. Unless you are so starved that....

Another one I'll have to add. This is so simple, but very hard for beginners to grasp: stick together.
If you are always together, you'll have no problem with these kind of players. Just remember to have your team focus the adversary of interest first. With him dead, you have a minute or so to kill the rest of his team or do whatever you need to do. But don't all of a sudden run out in different directions. Stick together.

thornmail is a great counter. it reflects some dmg from basic atacks so your oponent with PD will just kill themself

If they have 2-3 PDs they're going to be moving and attacking really fast, but their attacks will do next to nothing. Get some Armor (Thornmail, Randuin's, or Frozen Heart depending on the situation, possibly a Guardian Angel), or lock them down hard with a stun and watch them blow up as your team focuses them.

Phantom Dancers are extremely expensive, if they've managed to farm 3 of them up and you don't have the ability to lock them down, they won by out farming you or out playing you early to get kills, not by 'picking stupid cheaty items.'

^All great answers. And never underestimate the power of a simple Chain Mail. Even DPS champs need some defensive items.

Stuns and other Crowd Control effects will make it much easier for you and your team to kill them

I could be wrong in assuming so, but I believe the OP intent was to say that the movement speed is overwhelming. The enemy player can rush in when advantageous or just get away very easily. The main way to deal with this is the same way you would handle a jungler on the enemy team IMO. Use wards, but don't overspend. Communicate with your team as much as possible and focus enemies with less mobility and less defense when ganking or team fighting.

Yeah. That "play like a chicken" part implies more movespeed.
Try buying Boots of Swiftness and see how it helps you in a teamfight. While it does keep you away, tanks should still get Mercury Treads for the CC reduction. Meanwhile, the CDR or AS boost from other boots is more helpful than a bit more mobility.
AD carries are naturally easy to kill (once you lock them down) so the higher movespeed is not as bad as you think. They also can't get shots off if they are moving.
If they have 2 or 3 Phantom Dancers they either have full build, or are lacking AD and cannot deal sufficient damage. Really, just ignore them if they built defense or kill them if they built damage - it's not the best build, as your AS is too high and you lack AD/lifesteal.
