Galio, no idea why.

Anivia, dependence on blue/generally hard to master.

Cassiopeia, also generally difficult to use.

Trundle, also don't know why he's a strong jungler maybe because people can't use his pillar right.

Heimerdinger, decent but gets countered by a lot of other casters.

Karma, lackluster support who is only useful when you REALLY know how to play her.

Viktor, hard to use but also lackluster.

Lux - Entirely skillshots that are incredibly unforgiving. If you miss one or two, there goes half of your damage output, or possibly more.

wtf

warwick's the #1 played champion this month, what are you talking about

According to what?

The only time I see warwick in games is when I play him.

Senjuani, she's the definition of a "meh" champion. Only time i've ever seen her played is free week.

Renekton because he falls off so hard late game, but its a double edged sword. If you do really well it wont go to late game. You don't have to go 5/0 or anything, you just have to win lane hard and no one else on your team loses lane or goes even.

Xerath

Viktor

Two OP damage champs as far as their damage goes, yet they are too hard to play to be effective.

That's about it I think.
Eve and Sejuani are plain UP.

Talon is underplayed because people are not used to having to use the recall button on him.

Trundle - No idea why no one plays him. Because he's ugly?

Urgot - ^

Gragas - An AP carry with melee AA's requires a bit more thought

VIktor - Slightly difficult to use

Cass - Difficult to get full use out of

Orianna- Very difficult to play with little reward for doing so

Rumble- I guess people don't like the Heat resource system?

Yorick- Relying so heavily on his minions is a play style most people aren't accustomed to

I see a Lux at least every 4 games or so.
