Phil The Philosoraptor

Passive: Phil has acute senses: every 5/4/3 seconds, all enemy champions within 500 units of Phil send a purple ping to the minimap for your team to see.

Q: Quick Claw- Phil lunges 200 units and claws the enemy, knocking them back and dealing 50/80/110/140/170 damage +1.0 Bonus AD. Resets attack timer.

Bonus Effect: When Hunting Pack is active, Q slows the target for 20/25/30/35/40% plus an additional 5% for every collision that occurs between the target and its surrounding (minions, walls, turrets, champions, etc)

W: Vicious sprint: Phil sprints mercilessly towards a target location moving at 20/25/30/35/40% increase movement speed. Upon arrival, he grabs the nearest enemy and bites him, rooting the enemy for 0.5 seconds and dealing 1.0 total AD in damage.

Bonus Effect: When Hunting Pack is active, W becomes a targeted spell, and your hunting partners also attack: damage is increased to 1.5 total AD.

E: Guttural Screech: Phil screeches, instilling fear into all enemies in a 400/450/500/550/600 unit radius for 1 second.

Bonus Effect: When Hunting Pack is active, E also provides all surrounding friendly units with the buff Bloodrage. Bloodrage increases the attackspeed of Phil by 20/30/40/50/60% and all other friendly units by 15/20/25/30/35% and provides 10% lifesteal for 5 seconds.

R: Hunting Pack: Phil calls his hunting pack to join the fray, increasing his health by 150/250/350, and providing new aspects to all of his abilities. The 2 pack clones are unable to be targeted, but the clones autoattack whwnever Phil does, dealing 0.2/0.25/0.3 of his total AD per autoattack.
