How to fix the tanky dps problem in TT.

Tanky dps is simply too good in treeline, we all know this. But how do you fix it? Remove Atma's impaler from treeline. Now people have to choose whether they want to be tanky, or have damage, in a 3v3 scenario. Because having both is simply too good when you only have 3 opponents instead of 5.

Impaler is not really the problem the problem is in TT not much room to hide for squishies except champs like Shaco.

The problems of tanky dps in TT are

.Lack of space to run without a teleport which makes it hard for casters to stand toe to toe.
.Generally you can rely upon levels going up to level 16 range
.Lifesteal targets
.heavy reliance upon an ace to kill nexus turret.
.melee range from fountain to defend turret

Idea to help fix this
Implement meta item

x's rod of arcane flow
Cost 3900
Item requirement

Needlessly large rod
Pickaxe
blasting rod


120 AP
3 affects
unique
. 25% of AP is transformed into ad (builds ability to attack turrets late game)
. A direct cast spell knocks opponent back 100 range, 7 second cooldown (survivability)

Unique active.
Medium range teleport
(gives ability to jump walls)

Its not in boot slot unless you don't mind losing moment speed. for the damage bonus it is roughly 30 damage per 120 AP

so at 360 ap you are dealing 90 damage extra so approximately 170 damage on some champs.

The knockback for many champs is based on skillshots and in any case mainly works to increase gap during late game where bruisers close gap and tare you to shreds

The teleport mainly works to put casters in league being able to use escapes more effectively.

Also by adding items to balance out others you benefit the game by building strategies. By removing items you remove strategies and limit play opperitunities
P.S im going to remove boots aspect as to not further confuse anyone

What lixa said. There are plenty of places for ap casters in team comps .. if you're having problems with bruisers try different champs or build orders. Or just learn how to position yourself properly :P

That's because you edited your post, it had Boots of Speed in there.

Anyway, it's still far too strong, and now that I think about it, the knockback doesn't make visual sense. How would, say, Vlad's Q knock someone back? I maintain that they should simply remove Warmog's and maybe replace FM with Entropy, and see where that goes.

You do realize of course that damage with autoattacks to a turret or an inhibitor is based on your base attack damage plus, either your bonus attack damage, or 40% of your ability power, whichever is higher.

So either this item stacks with that and is supremely OP or doesn't stack with that and you actually do less damage than you would otherwise do to buildings.
