So here I am again. Let me know what you guys think please. I'd really like some feedback.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Kuzuro - Barbarian Master of Energy

Melee - Carry - Fighter

Health = 400 +70 (1660)
Energy = 200
AD = 50 +2.25 (90.5)
AS = 0.5 +.05 (1.4)
Range = 75
HP Regen = 4.5 +0.5 (13.5)
Energy Regen = 10
Armor = 15 +2.5 (60)
Magic Resist = 25 +1 (43)
Mov. Speed = 310

Innate:
Warrior Rejuvenation
- During combat, Kuzuro will gain stacks of +5 AD (caps at 35) and +3 AP (caps at 20) for kills (2 stacks) and assists (1 stack). One stack will be lost upon death if there are less than seven total stacks. Once seven stacks have been reached, Kuzuro's next death will activate the ability, instantly reviving himself at your summoner's platform upon death. When revived, the enemy Champion who dealt the lethal damage will NOT gain the kill. Red and Blue buffs will, however, transfer to that Champion like normal. Has a cooldown of seven minutes.

Q:
Energy Shot
-TOGGLE: On activation, Kuzuro will begin fighting with his energy attacks.
(Cost = 2 Energy per shot) (Range = 500) (Damage = 20/30/40/50/60 +0.2 AD Physical Damage +0.15 AP Magic Damage)
-PASSIVE: When not active, every attack will help rejuvenate Kuzuro
(Energy Regen = +5 per attack)

W:
Destruction Wave
- After gathering energy, Kuzuro will fire a broad and long-range wave of energy in a line, dealing physical damage to all enemies in the line of fire.
(Cost = 50 Energy) (Cooldown = 25/22.5/20/17.5/15 seconds) (Range = 1000) (Cast Time = 0.35 Sec) (Damage = 100/125/150/175/200 +0.5 AP)

E:
Stellar Flash
-Temporarily blinds all enemy Champions in a cone.
(Cost = 25 Energy) (Cooldown = 30/27.5/25/22.5/20 seconds) (Cone Width = 45°) (Duration = 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds) (Range = 1000)

R:
Energy Blast
- After gathering energy, Kuzuro hurls a powerful, explosive ball of energy at the target location. On impact, the ball of energy will detonate, doing Physical Damage in a small sphere around the impact sight. For every friendly champion close to Kuzuro, the attack gains additional strength.
(Cost = 75 energy) (Cooldown = 120/105/90 Seconds) (Range = 1200) (Impact Radius = 75) (Explosion Radius = 500) (Cast Time = 1.0 second) (Impact Damage = 40/60/80 T.D.) (Explosion Damage = 175/250/325 +0.5 AP +20 per friendly champion) (Aura Radius = 1000)

Design:

Kuzuro is a well built man, standing at just above average height. His life of constant training in the martial arts has left him with the muscular definition of a body builder. Choosing to fight either with his grandfathers old Barbarian Armor, the weighted training garments of his first master, or simply in boots and trousers, he always wears his black belt. His hair stands straight up upon his head, yet extends down his neck, like that of a mane of a lion. He shaves daily, but maintains a thick, well groomed mustache-goatee combo. His facial features are typically soft, with deeply expressive eyes that hide a quite rage within them. His armor was forged with the darkest of red dyes, maintaining a powerful crimson hue while being trimmed in gold. It consists of a helmet similar to Tryndamere's; minus the horns, torso armor, shoulder plates, forearm guards, thigh plates, shin plates, and cleated boots (Barbarian Kuzuro). His weighted training garments are all black, typically wearing blue trousers over the leggings (Apprentice Kuzuro). His trousers are crimson red in coloration with golden yellow trim (Classic Kuzuro). His arms are longer than the average human's, as his hands are larger. His chest is built wide and his legs thick.

Lore:

Long ago, Kuzuro was born to a race at war. His people were dying, as was the world upon which he was born. Desperate to save their son, Kuzuro's Parents performed an immensely powerful feat of energy, tearing forth a hole through the void, sending him through to Runeterra. Uncertain if their son would find a new home, they knew that his fate would be far better than the one that would be had if he were to remain on their dying world. Sometime later, the sound of the tear in the void drew the attention of an old hermit, who had discovered Kuzuro and adopted him as his own grandson. Living in the northern ranges of the Ironspike Mountains, near the city-state of Freljord, Kuzuro trained hard to become a great fighter like his adoptive grandfather. One night, Kuzuro awoke as he had to use the outhouse. Having been living in the forest his whole life, Kuzuro knew the sounds many animals made. As he was finishing, he heard a noise that he had never heard before, and it came from inside his house. He returned home that night to discover that his home had been invaded. His grandfather was lying on the dirt path that lead to their home, terribly injured. Fear gripping him, he found that his Grandfather had been attacked by an assassin. The two fought momentarily before Katarina defeated him. Before his eyes, Kuzuro saw the only family that he knew slain, unable to do anything but watch.

Kuzuro did nothing for the next few days, except for train. After some time, Kuzuro began to explore the room of his deceased grandfather. There he discovered a several books on training. Kuzuro spent a good portion of time training afterward. He began to master the abilities his grandfather had developed. But he was weak compared to his grandfather, and he knew it. Deciding to venture to Freljord, he packed up what few things he could and prepared to leave. He entered his grandfather's room once again looking for anything hat he had to help him. He discovered his grandfather's journal, well worn from decades of use. The front page had a hand written note from his grandfather. It was dated just a few days before he had been so ruthlessly murdered. The note detailed that he knew the events of that fateful night were to unfold. It also said that in his closet, there was a chest. It's contents were to be used when he arrived in Freljord. And that he should seek an audience with King Tryndamere. Kuzuro searched within the chest, and discovered noticeably old armor. Listening to his grandfather, Kuzuro took it with him. When he arrived in Freljord, Kuzuro happened to see King Tryndamere and Queen Ashe. Kuzuro approached them, unceremoniously, and requested an Audience. King Tryndamere was furious, yet Queen Ashe allowed the audience to be held in private in the Freljordian Palace.

Once they were alone, Kuzuro simply reached into his rucksack and produced the Barbarian Helmet. Ashe was confused, yet Tryndamere knew the design well, as it was the design his grandfather's most trusted warrior used. They talked and Tryndamere explained to Kuzuro that the one who had slain his grandfather was the famed Noxian Assassin, Katarina. Kuzuro fumed with anger. Ashe sensed an opportunity, one which Tryndamere had known since the helmet had been produced. The Royal Family urged Kuzuro to join the League of Legends. Kuzuro agreed that he would, but only after he had grown stronger than the strongest of his new enemies. Kuzuro trained at every opportunity and grew collectively stronger. It was in a short time that he felt he was able to join the League, swearing vengeance against Katarina and all of Noxus.

a few questions.

1) the passive, is it like a soul stealer stack or a warmogs stack?
2) the passive, is it only for champions or includes minions?
3) Energy shot, is it like GP's parlay with on hits?
4) Energy blast, is it like ziggs ult in style of damage?

1) Similar to Warmog's, as well as Sword of the Occult. Just reduced figures
2) Champions only.
3) Similar, but it is toggle only (think Ashe's Frost Shot) and it replaces his autoattack which is melee.
4) Could you explain this a bit more please?

Joke is too op for the league along with dance.
Passive is very intriguing but does the passive "revive" ability have a cool down or do you have to collect another seven stacks

Changes to note:
1) Warrior's Rejuvination does not gain any health benefits. Now gives bonuses to Attack Damage as well as Ability Power, bringing it inline with Kuzuro's skill sets.
2) Energy shot now deals both Magic and Physical damage when active, but scale with small intervals. Passive grants a slightly larger energy regen.
3) Destruction Wave has a slightly reduced cast time, allowing it to be fired faster. does Physical Damage only.
4) Energy Blast has a reduced cast time. Deals Physical Damage in the explosion radius. Impact sight deals True Damage. which does not gain a scaling bonus.

Thouhgts?

You may want to change the passive, that seems stupidly powerful in late games.
Q; Fine. I see no issues here. Might be a little weak for the toggle energy bursts though.

W; No issues

No issues

R Seems fine as well.

Overall;

Relatively balanced, but not exceptionally.. interesting

How does the passive seem OP? It is not much more powerful than Guinsoo's and an Amplifying Tome. Sure it provides for a quick turn around after being killed. But it has a seven minute cooldown. What would you suggest instead? Losing all stacks when revived?
