Same system as elementz uses. The only difference is that place inside a tier is not that specific.
Tier one are gods, and do extremely well. Tier two are still excellent just slighty less powerful. Tier Three are still good, but fall behind in power at other stages of the game. Tier four are possible to win with, but aren't good picks. I do not have a tier five because i don't think there are any unplayable champs, but tier four does mean that they are generally bad picks.
