I would like to know how it works, What's the drain ratio of health, based on the number of points over the enemy.

I'm pretty sure it goes like this:
1 point up: 0.5 Nexus hp per sec.
2 points up: 1 hp per sec.
3 points up: 2 hp per sec.
4 points up: 3 hp per sec.
5 points up: 5 hp per sec.

Furthermore, champion kills are worth 2 Nexus HP while over 100. Quest completion is worth 20 Nexus HP. I forget if the quest gob still applies at under 100 hp.

So you are saying that if you have 4 points instead of 3 you drain enemy nexus 4 times as fast?

Quest deduction applies at any points left and losing points from kills or point captures happens until the score is beneath 125.

The values stated are flat amounts, they do not compound in any way. Therefore it's a 50% increase to go from a 3 point lead to a 4 point. I'm not sure where you're seeing a quadruple.

Fyi, this changed a patch or two ago. They now apply until 100 hp.
Edit: Correction, this changed all the way back in the Graves patch.

Yeah, you're right, its 100 not 125. Shows how much I pay attention to kills.
