It's been established that when there is a quest for the windmill, that it is typically considered to be the "easy quest" for the team to take it, considering windmill is always in contest anyway.

It's insanely frustrating though to get that point when you are almost dead even in points with the enemy team, wrestling back the windmill and turning the advantage over back into your favor, and then all of a sudden a huge comeback tool becomes available for the enemy team.

Change it so that that quest only activates if you are losing by a significant margin already please, it's very disheartening to just get back in the game only to have a major advantage be given to the enemy team.
