I know runes aren't supposed to make that huge of a difference... But % health runes are kind of meh, 0.5% means all yellow seals will add up to 4.5% total health.. All health seals levelling up to 18 will add up to 175 health.
Meaning in order to surpass 175 health you would need to have 4,000 health. So why not just get the cheaper health runes and just the % health quints? (which actually makes more sense because the quint% health is X3 while the quint of levelling up health is 2.5X)
but even then... The quint is barely cutting even.. And it costs 2,000
