low fps for mac

how do i fix this. i will be 30fps then to zero.?

i think i know the thread where Ed's link goes to, but i will put up some of the basics

-set graphics to low or very low. if your mac is older than a few years i recommend very low. also in the past having graphics higher than that caused some bugs.

-turn vertical sync off

-set a cap of 60fps. (after 60 fps your eyes can't tell the differnce anymore.)

-make sure you have no other programs running. you can do this by going to utilities > activity moniter.

there are a bunch more tips on the Mac community forum so i recommend going there if these tips don't help. i hope these help. if not, take a look on the other forum.
