Make sure you prioritize dragon. Dragon wins or loses games.

Top lane in TT is basically a mix of bottom and middle lane from SR. You put your carry there because they'll get ganks and a decent amount of farm. However, in the event you don't have a jungler, you put two people in that lane for dragon control, much like how you keep two people in bottom lane on SR.

Bottom lane is reversed. It's the same as SR's top lane. You want somebody who can sustain themselves and farm, farm, farm.

The 3rd person is the jungler. They jungle and keep tabs on respawn times. And mostly gank top lane and make everything a living hell for the enemy there. They rarely gank bottom unless the enemy overextend though.

Champions are about mobility, dragon control, and CC. It's also nice to have a mix of lane dominance champions and late game hyper carries.

Top lane : must be able to survive ganks more easier, more mobility, must have flash, and a bruiser probably.

Middle Lane : Jungle, Must have lantern(unless udyr jungle phoenix exception). Always have wards, gank when possible.

Bot Lane : Somebody who can sustain, maybe a good AP character, or just another bruiser. Whatever you prefer. Also same goes to bot lane, must be able to survive ganks, so buy wards!

Hints : BUY WARDS! THEY WIN GAMES! Keep dragon in sight!, and always take your buffs on top (Speed buff, attk speed/cdr buff) Forget red, most of the time red isn't even that useful.
