Where does this fit in with The "Bugfix" a patch previous intended to "Fix" Starks not stacking on Shaco "Correctly"?

Yes, it does.

Just recently they fixed it. Then, they saw that shaco owned way too much with it.

Therefore, they stopped letting it stack on himself with his clone, but it still stacks correctly with other people.

More to the point, They stopped letting ALL of his aura buffs stack on shaco.
It's never really been a "bug" per se. Just like panth, intended or not, That's the way Shaco has functioned and it's a part of his Gameplay and balance. Where's his corresponding buff?
Riot's has a not good history with Nerfing shaco and not Bugging him badly.
