This is very strange... When I try to run LoL game, I sometimes get this "PVP.net Patcher Kernel" error before I get to see the log-in window. (See attachment for picture) I don't know how I produced this error...

But then, even if I don't see this error, there's still this "server is busy" error, so I can't play LoL either way.

I have yet, to see an answer to this problem. I wish they can just tell us that they "do no't have an answer" to this problem. Hell, maybe a "working on it" would help me from searching days, hours, weeks of effort, for no answer. I just wrote a huge bloody paragraph, and lost it all, for clicking the wrong "post" link. I just want to be plain and simple on this one. I want an answer, "every" LoL user, would love for any kind of reply, if they had ever faced this problem, that not only I have just faced. If there is a solution, please, tell me, so I can place it on "every" thread myself, so if anyone else did have the same problem, wont waste hours looking for an answer.

Try this and see if it helps

1. Close out your game/patcher, hit ctrl+alt+delete and make sure all instances of LoL.Launcher are gone, then restart the patcher process and let it sit.
2. Go to your Riot Games/RADS/System folder under your default install path, and run the rads_user_kernel.exe file, then try starting your patcher.
3. See this article, http://support.leagueoflegends.com/entries/234188-changing-to-public-dns-servers
4. Replace <install directory>/RADS/system/rads_user_kernel.exe with this file, http://l3cdn.riotgames.com/releases/live/system/rads_user_kernel.exe
5. Try installing Microsoft Dot NET Framework 4.0, http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=17851 and 3.5, http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/e...displaylang=en
