I got the email on 10/6 and filled out the survey on the 8th, with my deadline being the 14th. I should be getting my refund very soon.

Atleast you got a response I sent in an email asking about when I was going to see my refund as i had already gotten an email and done the stupid survey and they gave the "you either got one or didnt and the window is now closed." Im like did you even read what I wrote.

hahahahahahaha no. Do you realize what company this is? Stuff that affects the larger part of the community and brings them money is never on time. Do you really expect them to be on time regarding something that only affects a very small group and involves them giving back money? They are going to hold onto our investments as long as they can.

No refund yet, and no ticket replies either. I have 5 open. This is getting beyond ridiculous.
