OK GOING TO MAKE AN ASS OF MYSELF. Got the lead billing specialist telling me that we are going to be getting more information soon if we properly filed a request regarding this. He claims that the refund is now going through processing. I don't know why the hell the previous member told me different.

It's kind of ridiculous though. We have been patient for a month. Again, it's clear Riot doesn't give a **** about it's customers.

I wouldn't go as far as to say that they don't care about us. However, I would go as far to say as that whichever department they assigned to handle the whole Mac issue, let's just say they should hire some new people. I think this issue is going to put a very big dent in their side if they let it go on much longer, as getting the run around is really starting to irritate us. All they would have to do is simply have a small announcement in these forums saying, "Hey guys, it's taking us a bit longer than expected. We do value you guys as customers and we're doing our best to get things working for you guys, we're just running into more problems than expected." But no, they simply leave us in the dark and expect us to sit back quietly and wait on them.

In the mean time, I switched to HoN, but they haven't bothered to fix an issue that caused their sound not to work on Lion. I'm kind of getting fed up with the lack of Mac love on Mobas.
