The team with fewer capture points on the map have very slightly better minions. This to make the 3-and-hold strategy more difficult. Since minions are most useful when attacking defending capture points, making them slightly better results in additional pressure unless the 3+ point team plays aggressively.

The stat adjustments are really minor though, they mostly just help the minions passively win a lane in time without additional champion support.

Neat! This is why I think you guys are gonna beat Icefrog. Promoting active play, not passivity. The design philosophy around LOL is about trying to actually refine Moba into something special that everyone can enjoy. I doubt Dota II is going to tweak the Dota formula as much as they need to to topple you.

Dominion is SO much more fun than it could have been. This is one of the reasons.

This is a good philosophy. It prevents people from completely abandoning a lane, as well.

I actually like that the winning team has a slightly tougher time -- longer respawns and weaker minions. It makes them work for the entire game, as opposed to getting 3 points and just sitting on them the entire time.

So.

Yes.

You guys win. Riot I don't care about your bugs. Pointing out you have them. But your community is screwed up

So, right off the bat you insult the 'community' as a whole due to your lack of information in your post. You then go on to continue insulting the 'community' for proving you wrong.

You are the immature brat here...
