1) in LOAD screen, if player uses skin, add also skin name
example: not just RAMMUS, but MOLTEN RAMMUS (if molten skin)

2) Show long distance projectiles on map (for allies) - how it is traveling
a) Ashe ULT
b) Ezreal ULT
WHY?!
For coordination. While ULT flying, where to stand so projectile will hit opponent.
Till now, only ASHE-EZREAL player can predict
After, all teammates will see where it is going

3) Sorting option in in-game shop
a) by price - min->max, max->min
b) by attributes: damage, AR, MR, AP, ... - min->max, max->min
c) alphabetically A->Z, Z->A
d) add additional 6 windows under "recommended items" or change self listed items - player can drag in item that is different than recommended

4) sell back - Combine
a) runes sell back. Could sell back of RUNES for 75% of shop cost!
b) improve rune combiner, will get new runes with less characteristics but with multiple characteristics (as in game GEMCRAFT)

5) Cooldown and range
(in LoL champions page - http://na.leagueoflegends.com/champions)
Show all the cooldowns and abilities range (not all have)!
I don't think it is good to go to other sites just to find what is the cooldowns or range is for certain champion's ability!

6) Boost control
(I don't know is it already exist or not)
So in one game player can use XP boost, next game IP boost, or both in one game, and no boost use in another (for example during co-op game).

7) First day win - extra
What if Ranked (5v5 or 3v3) will have own FIRST DAY WIN. Doesn't matter if player already had 1 from other games.
Will have FIRST DAY WIN only from playing 1 type ranked game, not both!

8) HEIM, TEEMO and SHAKO (and others)
a) Remove MS from HEIM turrets, TEEMO shroom and SHAKO box (look when click on them).
b) Add proper AS for turret and box, proper damage in AD, and other attributes (armor, hp, ...)
c) Under HP bar add time of existence for box
d) when TEEMO shroom timer goes off, let shroom explode, not just disappear
(oracles have same issue!)
e) timer icon till Heim's next turret and Teemo's next shroom
e) add timer how long Malz pet will last (timer icon will change with each pet phase), and ability timer for others (who don't have)
Mordakaiser don't have for W and R

9) First day win
Add timer in bottom left corner of lobby, that shows time till next FIRST DAY WIN!
(now need to play any game to know how long till next)

10) NEW RUNES
Life steal and Spell vamp RUNES.

11) COUNTDOWN
a) start from negative time till first minion wave (TT and SR)
b) start from negative time till path will be open! (Dominion)

12) MIRROR
new game mode "Mirror" - all champion are the same. Game will be available only in Custom game, IP reward same as in CO-OP mode, Host decides what champion will be mirror, can pick only from free rotation champions! This is just a fun mode!

want to see 10 Ashe, Ez, Lux, Kart ults.

13) FORTIFY
Allow you FORTIFY on inhibitors and nexus!
will help a lot and cause many "hot" moments!

IMHO theyll never add the option to sell champs or runes back because then everyone who wants to play the newest champ could just sell old ones and no one would pay RP for the new champ

there is some truth about champs, then lets do 50%

about runes, they are only for IP, after reaching 30lvl, 10+20lvl runes useless! Some has bunch of them, why not let sell them back. for 10-20lvl reward is not so high - around 100-200 each, while 30lvl runes cost at least 400

I like the sell-back option for runes (not champs), or at least a fix for the 'combining' ****; why would upgrading a bunch of the same runes to the next tier not just give you the same type instead of randomizing it?

The 'quit' idea is NOT going to happen. Riot punishes you for it because you're not supposed to Alt-F4 out, why in the world would they make it easier to do? Now, what they COULD do is modify the matchmaking system so that it puts you into a game lobby while it is filling the teams (no champ select or timer until teams fill) and just fill/refill slots as needed - problem is, so many people would leave games when their champ got ninja'd or they got purple side if it was more lenient.

Of course, the problems with purple side would easily be fixed by putting a fully rotating 360 degree camera into the game, which is SORELY needed.

one thing i didnt liked in shaco is that his boxes does not show how longer they ll exist (like teemo shroom). i totally support this idea.

the number 2 idea its also GREAT.

about the runes, lifesteal and spellvamp its ok, range its not. what if you get a caitlyn full range runes in your lane? or a late game tristana/kog full range runes?

If you select your mushrooms, boxes, wards, or other timed objects, look in the upper left corner of the screen. Below the health bar is a gray timer, letting you know how much longer it'll last. However, I do agree that the timer bar should be visible on the object itself, like its health bar, so you can gather its lifespan at a glance instead of needing to manually select each one.
