Does there really need to be a laning phase?

Can't we just start roaming at the 0:00 mark?

1 1/2 minutes of boredom!!

I see your point, and would be cool, but to be the bringer of difficulty and annoyance...why must there be a roaming stage at all? It's impossible to leave your lane the whole game!! What do??

If you want to roam all game with small scale skirmishes go play Dominion on the Crystal Scar.

Summoner's Rift is where winning relies slightly less on who can lock in the best champions and more on who can farm the best.

At one point there was some roamers. Nunu and Alistar were both leaving bottom to roam mid and top for ganks. This quickly got nurfed because people complained about it.

I enjoyed it because if done right you could gain a huge advantage.

because no laning phase = no roaming stage. you start roaming to gank lanes. if nobody's sitting in the lane to be ganked, there's little point to roaming. and if there's no point in roaming, you go back to laning.

they create each other.

Because you'll lose if you don't have at least one person in each lane and the other team does. While you may harass one lane, your team would be so far behind in experience compared to the other team, while two lanes on the other team could free farm without pressure.

If you don't want to lane, play dominion, that's what it's for.

Greeting's

You could get your team to go and invade "Red" or "Blue". That would create some fighting early game with the opposite team.
