Both lines hit 99%, the top says Applying Patches and the bottom says VOBank_en_US.fsb

It gives time remaining as 0.01 all the time. After awhile It will sit there and a screen will pop up saying this

"Failed to download or extract all required update files after several attempts. Please ensure that you have a stable Internet connection, and that you have sufficient hard disk space.

My hard disk space is 765 gigs free and I have a stable internet connection. This has happened all morning and I would like to know if there is a fix for this. Ty

Are your network cards updated? Have you tried going onto a wired connection if you are wireless. Have you tried resetting your modem? Have you made sure your ports are forwarded? Have you made sure your antivirus is allowing the launcher through?

Have you tried to restart your computer?
Make sure you have http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=333325FD-AE52-4E35-B531-508D977D32A6&displaylang=en or uninstall then reinstall your Dot NET Framework
Make sure your LoL is not installed into program files.
Have you tried running the lol.launcher.admin file?

Could you try restarting your computer and running the lol.launcher.admin instead of the regular launcher. The Dot net framework is software libary program that windows uses make sure you have Dot net 4 or 3.5 installed as well as trying to uninstall then re install them is suggested.
