I've seen a lot of posts from people worried about the refund program, and confuse the requirements with those of the champions bundle reward. Please refer to the official post carefully.

From announcements (09-13-2011):

RP Refund Program
In the coming weeks we will be sending out an email to those who have purchased RP within the Mac client with instructions on how you can get purchased Riot Points refunded.

Champions Bundle Reward for Mac Beta Testers
All players who had a majority of their logins through the Mac client will automatically have the Champions Bundle added into their accounts in the coming weeks.

So please, if you aren't an RP purchaser, or you purchased your RP on a windows client, don't cause a panic. It could also be the case that promo codes / gift cards don't count, and perhaps some payment methods won't count. If you still believe you're being wronged, please make clear what it was that you purchased, what method you used to purchase it, and when the purchase was made. It will help Riot a lot more in tracking down the problem if we're specific about what we are seeing wrong.

tldr: "refund" is only for people who bought their RP on Mac. "champions bundle" is for players with >50% Mac logins. no champions bundles emails have been sent out.

I bought RP through the Mac client. I did not receive an email. Thanks for clearing that up though, I was under the impression that you had to meet both requirements to get the refund.

On the Mac forums there are some riot support quotes from other players

"We recently sent out the e-mail for our Mac Beta players regarding only the RP Refund Program (http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/...ement.php?f=31). I am very sorry, but if you did not receive this e-mail by now, it has been confirmed that you are not eligible for the RP refund. "

Can you confirm if this quote is true? If yes I would like to state that I played over 300 games one my Macbook Pro since Feb 2011, bought all my RP on the mac client and I still haven't gotten the email yet.

We arn't "panicking" as you can see from lots of post in this forums its the lack of consistency and communication that is causing confusion. Some people got their Refund Email's already while others who met the requirement did not. And as you can see from my copy and pasted support ticket it says if
you haven't received the email yet, you weren't eligible. Then again another player received a different response from Riot support which contradicts this support ticket.

I bought RP on my Mac Client using both paypal and visa. Those are the two major method of purchases. There are also two polls which are going on the mac forums. Both proves that many players who met the requirements have yet to receive the refund email.

Except if you read the red responses, they said gift cards WOULD be refundable. So they should clear that up, if nothing else. Oh wait they don't care at all.

Have over 275+ games played which probably over 250 of were on Mac client. Bought all my RP on Mac client side. Haven't received an email.
