Login Error "Adobe AIR could not be found"

Hello everyone i need your help for this problem:

Like a 2 weeks ago i couldnt log in lol and just appear a busy server message, but my bro computer could enter in the game without problems.

So i unistalled and reinstalled the game, nothing changed.
Checking the forums i found a problem similar with a Adobe debug problem and founded a message who said:

Adobe Air could not be found Use "-runtime <dir>" to specify the location of the runtime. You can download the latest versio of the runtime from http://www.adobe.com/go/getair.

So i procced to download the latest version of Adobe air and nothing change.
so wtf??? I unistalled all the programs related to LoL (LoL client, Adobe Air, Pando media), cleaned all the survival carpets of Lol in my computer and downloaded and reinstalled all again. And guess what? Same problem, the stupid message continue appeared.

I don't know what else to do, the master server log only say the same:

ERROR: Looking for air at LOLCLient.exe to fill in new proc info, but did not find it.

Im pretty sure i have installed the Adobe Air and updates, i haven't do recently modifications to the hardware of my computer, so please if you can help i really be thankfull.

1. Try syncing your Windows Clock, double check the time, date and year.
2. Make sure your Windows is up to date at http://update.microsoft.com/

I check the five statements and make some changes in the firewall, unfortunately i still can't log... T.T
there is something i had missing around? I have reading something about the RADs logs and some people detect their problems there, so i find this:

Same problem here.

Was playing lol and after a match the launcher was closed.
Now i have the same error.
