"Slow Stacking System - After dropping below 210 MS the effects of all slows are halved"

Please tell me this will decrease the use of the slow spam rape. I will be so happy

Also, its very nice nerfing other champions but what about Master Yi, Ashe, Ryze, Jax, etc etc I.E The champions that REALLY need nerfing

... Why? Just ... why? Of all the heroes to buff, of all the heroes that actually need work in order to be made better, you buff TEEMO. This hero is already really good in the right hands, and now he's going to be even better? Every Teemo I see in games recently owns the scoreboard. I do not understand how this makes sense in the least.

Really? You add an item that removes percentage of HP, and also nerf HP items at the same time, after already nerfing them in the past a few times. Why not test the waters with this item, see if it helps quell the whiners on the forums about HP, and then decide if the HP nerf is necessary.

I really don't see the HP thing being a big issue. Teams that stack HP tend to deal next to no damage, making team battles easier to survive even if you have less HP than they do. Someone is going down under focus fire no matter whether they have 3k or 4k HP.

Teemo buff really seems a bit more, I like playing with him before the patch and I find him really good, now more pwnage :P
