Hi guys,

I just wanted to post here and let people know that if you have a code that is not working/invalid RIOT will take care of it in a promptly manner.

I E-mailed them on 9/8/11 and got a responds back from Wallywalrus on 9/11/11
Asking me for a screenshot of the following in one picture

-The magazine opened to the page with the promotional code
-Proof of purchase (receipt)
-Your summoner name clearly written on a piece of paper

After e-mailing that to him last night, he responded back to me this morning with this message

Thanks for the information. Here is a replacement code for you: ###########. Please make sure to redeem this on your NA account. I apologize again for the inconvenience and have added a 4-win IP boost to your account.

Quick update on the customer service situation: we're jamming through the emails we've received as quickly as possible. We're moving a couple more people onto the task today to help make sure we get back to people as quickly as possible. If you sent in an email, you will get a response before end of day today.

To make the process go quickly, be sure to include a photo/scan that includes that following in a single shot:
1. The code page in your issue

I E-mailed PC gamer as well about this and i have not got anything resolved on there end. I just barely e-mailed them again saying that they don't have to worry about my case anymore and that RIOT took care of it.
