if they made the prizes outside US then chinese farmers would just make a zillion r-a-f accounts.

but srsly there is a lot of legwork for overseas gifts from companies in the US, afaik. I would think that riot could handle it now though since they are in EU and asia...

So digital prizes requires legal rights on another countryes?
If it was a solid prize like real money I'd understand, but we are talking about Riot Points, which is riot cash, in-game money correct? I don't really think you'd be going against any law to make it a world wide prize.

Probably riot just doesn't want people from other countrys lagging their servers lol
