I swear that I was hit by Swain's Nevermove a few times when I was obviously outside of its AoE... I'd be willing to put cold hard cash down on that one.

Same with Morde's E, I swear it hit me much, much farther than it should have been able to. Although I'm not positive on that one.

i can attest to this not being his issue alone, ever since the talon patch i dont even need to try to aim my shot anymore near by is close enough especially since a pillar of flame or something is clearly marked as your not inside of it and then it hits you anyway, or an amumu ulti that hits your when you are about |-------------------| outside of the circle.
many people are having this issue and many are exploiting it rather hmm "nicely" for lack of a better word. i noticed it today on kennen aswel while i was playing him i was hitting people with my ulti who were far outside of the lightning ring getting kills that i normally would have had to chase a little for

Somethings definitely going wrong with how riot tests their game or how they SAY they test it.

You're testing it by watching videos? How hard is it to actually load a previous patch and compare it to this patch?

How about actually testing it ingame rather than LOOKING AT SCREENSHOTS AND VIDEOS. It's pretty obvious skills are bugged, some skills have increased AoE radius, damage severely bugged (Gangplank doing massive amounts of damage with ulti) and worst of all champions like Blitzcrank who can't even hook somebody point blank because his grab is beyond screwed.

Definitely hit targets farther away than usual with Morde's E yesterday... like way further than before.

This is probably a problem with some global variable, not just individual champs...

riot if your still reading this i think i've figured out whats happened, instead of the aoe calculating if it hits the center of the champion it now calculates if it hits even the edge of the model...i didn't pay much attention to this sort of thing before but it makes sense as to why things are hitting more effectivly now

it could also explain the wierd fps drop i've gotten since the patch(from always 60 fps to 30 fps when moving the camera around)
