I've only seen it bugged on cait + teemo traps.

Traditionally, aoe + skillshot's have always triggered just a little outside the range displayed on screen.

I do agree there has been a rise of aoe ults ( perhaps even a shift in the meta? ) since many aoe characters were recently buffed and people are remembering how strong they can be together.

EX :

Ken and Morgana, combined with Mumu + Brand rising in popularity. The just released Talon also has some strong aoe.

Teemo's Noxious Trap [Mushrooms] Explode Even with Oracle's Elixir.
Yes you can see them, but when go to attack them, they juz explode even before you reach them. Before you could easily attack them without getting hit with oracle's elixir.
Riot increased there AoE or something ? Cuz i experimented atleast 30 times.

EDIT: OMG AoE bug ? Thats why everyone is started playing with brand, cuz i was sure i was out of his that circle range, n it still hit me alot of times =]

Actually if you look closely at that picture the far left rune of blue buff as well as the edge of the spear looks to be exceedingly close to the line indicating Nunu's ult

If we're talking a 20% increase here, that's noticeable - that's something you'd instantly see and feel. The fact that he didn't seems to indicate that this is just a thread of hysteria.
I would agree with you if the pictures didn't clearly show a space between Nid and the red line.

I think something must have been making AOEs smaller than intended before, because they're definitely bigger now than they were, or hitboxes are bigger. Nidalee has a fixed jump range, and I always used to jump over things and miss with the damage, but the slightly enlarged AOE makes it hit more often.

I have noticed this bug as Well I Play as Amumu and his ultimate is stunning people outside of its range which is funny since its already massive AoE. <3 all the assists

If anyone can post a video or screenshots, please do. We'll be continuing to investigate, but for now, this feels like hysteria driven by a bug exclusive to Teemo and Caitlyn.
I can't do a video right now, but I use to main morde and I know for a fact that his E hits outside the range and I abuse it like crazy.
