Dominion games seem to end at about 20 minutes, which is the earliest time you can surrender in Summoner's Rift. My question is will it work the same way in Dominion, or are you lowering the minimum surrendering time?

I'm hoping that surrendering is removed altogether. Dominion seems to allow comebacks much more forgivingly than SR, and allowing the option to surrender might prevent some really fun games just because the first five minutes didn't go so well.

I'd like one at 10 at least, 5 if an ally is missing. I can seriously see some games becoming one team spawncamps the other til end game, especially if someone leaves/dcs. No one wants to get spawn camped for 20 min.

If one team is absolutely dominating then the game is only going to go for 15 minutes or so anyway. I don't think there should be a surrender option.

EDIT: Poll on if you want a surrender option or not here: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/....php?t=1172646 Cast your votes people!

Honestly, bro its 20 minutes you dont need a ****ing "I quit" button take your loss with stride and get in the next one and hope for the best, like he stated the games were only 20 minutes so stop your QQ about the surrendering and let players who are doing decent have their win instead of taking it away along with their IP/EXP (if they arent 30) by just surrendering. you may not realize it, but you actually do get more IP and EXP the longer the game goes on. So by surrendering your in theory, robbing other people out of their Influence points.

Good. If my team is bad, then they don't deserve that extra IP anyway.

Well you really aren't robbing anyone of Ip points since you would get more if they surrender and you jump into another game.

Amen to that, especially since there seems to be a large number of players that play like **** and just use it as a fall back to try and get into another game quicker for the sole purpose of farming ip rather then playing the game.

Me and a few of my friends personally when we're playing with 2 of 3 of us won't let all these ******s who spam surrender every game at the 20 minute mark regardless of winning or losing get what they want, mainly because if you're going to play like **** you aren't going to get any better by quitting all the time, but also because they don't deserve to be allowed to quit when they didn't want to try and do anything but feed in the first place.

If the game is one-sided, as in, one teams holds 3v2 the entire game without ever losing their points, it would barely last 10 minutes. In a 4 or 5 cap scenario, it would be even shorter. With that short of a game, the option to surrender just isn't necessary.
