well, I've looked at a bunch of cases and I've come to the point where knowing who killed/assisted/died in the log would help make a choice. People can post intentional feeding/afk all they want, I've seen games of people with more deaths then kills but never reported for feeding or reported for afk but talking for the entire hour long match. Hopefully it won't be that hard to add to the list of things that we get in the reports.

One match will not get you to the tribunal, nor will it get you banned.

Try logging out and logging back in.

I was banned 3 times in a row by the tribunal when reported by entire teams that repeatedly make the same stupid mistakes. I demand that you fix your matching system and have something for the stupid unskilled players to be forced to play bot games and get better. I`m sick and tired of having games with the most moronic players whom DO THE SAME DAME STUPID MISTAKES, AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN! Do something about this right now!

+1 on both posts. If only people in the average game cared this much about creating a positive community.

If these players aren't in Tribunal, it means that the players they are playing with do not feel harassed and aren't reporting them. The fact that you believe you should be unbanned because you are doing less worse things means that you do not understand the Summoner's Code. It isn't about doing more or less 'bad' things - it's about enjoying yourself but not at the expense of others, period.

Reiterating what Riot Ambassador said - it isn't a ratio of how beneficial to detrimental you are, it's about what you've done. Try going to court and saying you only committed harassment for one out of the thousand days you've been alive - it's not going to work. If your peers feel that your behavior has been unwarranted and a detriment to the community itself, it doesn't matter how many games you've played, you deserve a time out.
Another awesome quote.

Concerned Summoner FAQ

Q: Can people who donít like me repeatedly report me?

A: This could only be the case if you find yourself repeatedly matched into games with them. Players are limited to one report per player, per game.

This is a bold faced lie. You can report a singular person multiple times per game, and often so can the other people on your team. Therefore Tribunal is obviously flawed and more than likely most if not all of your cases are just the other team hating on people, perhaps with or without reason and why would the voters honestly care what happens to someone else? They just want free IP, it's the only reason anyone bothers to judge cases.

Riot claims they want to listen to their community. If this is true, you need to remove tribunal, at least until you've worked out the overwhelming amount of flaws.

I didn't see the answer to these questions in the original post, so here goes:
I do the tribunal quite a lot, to the max every day. The times I have pardoned someone can be counted on the fingers of my hand (in base 10, not binary. in other words, no more than 5. not 31) I am worried that I will be tagged as someone who just autobans people. True, i usually do ban, but after reading through the chat logs, looking for intentional feeding builds, etc.
Secondly, i have come to the conclusion that if you have been reported 10 times within a small time frame, you're doing something wrong.
