Blitz and Corki would like a few words.
Avinia and Karthus as well, but they would just screech at you.

EDIT: I forgot about Twitch. Everyone forgets about Twitch.

EDIT 2: To clarify, the 5 champs I mentioned have been around for "a long time".
"A long time", as in they were part of the original 40 champs back in closed beta.
All these champs were released before December 2nd, 2009.
After that date, 14 more champs were released in open beta, starting with Udyr (02-Dec-2009) and ending with Kog'Maw (24-Jun-2010).
Then, on July 13th, 2010, League of Legends was publicly released, with Xin Zhao as the first champ of the season.

EDIT 3: If I may, I would like for Riot to consider reducing the IP price on Twitch.
I have seen the former 4 (Blitz, Karth, Anivia, Corki) used in competitive matches, as well as in high Elo games. Twitch is rarely, if ever, considered to carry games.
This may stem from the fact that he suffers from some problems that other carries don't have.
Perhaps with a price reduction, he may see more gameplay in matches other than pubstomps.
Don't forget, the stealth rework may bring him into a more viable status.

Sweet. I'm probably not buying 3150 champs anymore =P I really don't expect 6300 champs to go down...

These IP cuts never really seem to work for those who bought the Collectors Edition and Champions Bundle...
