It seems you are experiencing a different RADS Error than the OP.
Can you do the following:
1) Press the "Windows Key" + R
2) Type cmd and hit Ok
3) Type this command: (you can copy it than paste it into the window by right clicking and selecting paste)
tasklist /svc > "%USERPROFILE%\desktop\process.txt"
4) Hit enter.
5) Upload process.txt(it will be on your desktop)
Run Windows Update and do all important and optional updates.
