do rod of ages, bloodthirsters, warmogs stack?

the abilities are not unique, but it could mean you gain stacks twice as fast and not that the caps are doubled.

for example, would the bonus damage cap on bloodthirster be 80dmg and 20% lifesteal if i had two, or would it still be 40 and 10% except i gain 2dmg and .5% lifesteal per kill?

stacks on bloodthirsters double, still capped at 40. rod of ages independently stack, and as far as i know warmogs is the same.

All 3 items work independently. Each copy of the item keeps its own stack count unmodified by the others. Say you had 1 Bloodthirster with 20 stacks and 1 with 0 stacks. First 20 kills, the you'd gain +2 damage and +.5 lifesteal per kill as each Bloodthister counted +1. Once the first hit 40, you'd only get +1 and +.25% for the next 20 kills as the second finished stacking.
