well, even if there is not enough chat log info, the fact you were reported for say trolling in 20 games in a short time is a strong indicator you were. Thinking about the normal average solo que player, what are the odds you run into so many troll teams they report you 20 times in a day?

You used an account that was on probation.

This is basically the same sort of situation as a guy who's on parole being falsely accused of committing the same offenses he has before. Of course they're going to think you're guilty.

To be a more accurate test, you should have used a different account, one which has never had a warning before. If you got -that- one banned, you'd have a strong argument. This is a situation where you have someone who's been arrested for drug dealing being found covered with cocaine, and protesting that he was attacked by mimes with bags of sugar. Sure, it's possible, especially if you were on a mission to prove how people would be predisposed to think he's guilty. But you're only proving the obvious, and not proving that people without any prior accusations will be auto-punished.

Riot only reviews first warnings I believe. (that or perma bans, but I believe it's first only as they also mentioned a few being perma banned by the system that weren't on a perma ban offense) The red that posted it was unsure as to which, so odds are the tribunal did unjustly punish you but the case was NOT reviewed by Riot as it was not your first offense, of course this does still highlight a problem inherent in the system.

Also please ignore the trolls that post "The tribunal is fair and just" in every thread and rate down anyone who intelligently challenges or questions the system.
