My error has to do with the system not being able to verify whether or not my email is valid or not. should i submit a ticket as well?

Inb4 someone asks, yes, im 100% positive im typing in my email right.

I got the ERROR message. I contacted my bank. I got charged and did not get the item. SO most Likely your card has been spent. If you are credited RP I don't know. RIOT won't reply. Is there a number you can call?

No. There's no support number and their business number is set to go straight to voice mail. After Dreamhack the problems should be resolved... ...Here's hoping!


These problems ARE being fixed, I had a prepaid card problem and the problem WAS fixed, so I'm sure everyone else will be receiving help shortly. Stay patient.

You have have to keep in mind that this topic is for Prepaid Cards. Other methods of payments are having similar problems, but they aren't to be fixed here.
