It's called Infected Cleaver. Why not have it impair the enemy's healing?

I really can't be any more imbalanced than Soraka/Alistar/Taric teams...

To make it balanced, they'd probably have to remove the slow, which would ruin Mundo's character.

Fine as is, IMO, as much as I hate to say it. Game needs more healing reduction.

Personally, I favor Udyr-style microstun. But it's really just fine as-is.

Mundo's possibly the only carry who's both relatively tanky and can counter HP-stacking without a boatload of gold >.>

I was just thinking that. Having the slow + the healing reduction might be OP early on.

But at the same time, Executioner's Calling is nowhere near good enough for it's purpose. :/

Maybe having the last few ranks of Infected Cleaver get healing reduction might be alright? I mean it's like how Warwick's Scent Blood ability doesn't let him detect stealthed units... it just really doesn't make sense not to have it happen.

yeah Executioner's Calling seems like it should last longer, i rarely use it
