Because in the hands of a pro TF can be a god.

This, although I don't ever remember TF being garbage tier.

I think he became godly when jiji starting streaming TF playstyle and just dominating everyone.

No, he's always been considered OP for his ridiculous presence. Sickening bd power while having great damage for teamfights as well.

Look it really breaks down into this.

Solo ranked= TF is **** unless you have great communication via typing and pinging

Solo Normal= TF is **** unless you have great communication via typing and pinging

Team Ranked/no VOIP= TF is average because chances are you have some basic communication skills with teammates

Team normal/no voip= TF is average because chances are you have some basic communication down

Team Normal/w voip= TF is great because you can actually in real time have that TF player or said jungler/ganker coordinate when an enemy leaves himself open to a gank. This allows chain stuns and anticipating flash and other escape mechanisms.

Team Ranked/w voip= TF is great because you can build towards the situation and have you and your teammates organize proper ganks exploiting every opportunity in pushing turrets and team fights to your advantage.

The theme here isn't TF's damage output be it AD or AP but the ability to actually do the one bloody thing you are supposed to do in this game. Communicate and organize strategies and execute them with other teammates. It is the same power that a good Eve or twitch has. Fights are much more effective when voip is involved and there is actual communication from item builds to telling your allies when to engage.

Actually he got few changes, then people realized he's genuine damage soak, then he was super-nerfed. Now he's almost good.

TF used to be overpowered when his teleport was seperate from his ULT.

Now I feel like he's a fairly balanced champion. Having a whole team teleport anywhere on the map at lvl 1 and gank 2 champions before minions spawn was ridiculous.
