When we played EU and nearly lost. cLG figured it out by the end, started banning TF, and won.

They play a very gank-centric game. Global teleport + stun + good burst (with AP) is very strong over there, and they have a history of starting the new meta trends given that they have a larger playerbase and a more active competitive scene.

That said, he's generally weaker than the other AD carries (very short range, no AD scaling, mediocre steroid) but he will be receiving buffs once they nerf his ult range.

Because with a competent team behind you, revealing where everyone is on the map and teleporting accordingly is pretty OP.

Are you crazy? Isn't eu known for split pushing while na is more team fighting?

We are copying them not the other way around

same reason why Irelia was considered "outshined" until people found out how to really build her around March-ish

he just got shafted by the new auto atk. So if you pick gold card before global ulti, when u tele in, u'll automatically hit the nearest minion with ur gold card. And there goes ur gank.

Tf's power is from his ult. Not his damage, not his abilities but his ult. The only way it is the ult is good however isn't the actual ability but the teamwork of the team to bring out the potential. That's the power, it isn't an ensured gank or being bursted down. It is simple teamwork that makes it "op".

TF still isn't a high damage dealer or even close compared to any other mage or physical DPS. He isn't a good assassin either because more often than not he will always lose a gank if he is alone.

TF's power is that he is a support assassin. He needs other people to make any ganks possible.

When Elementz moved him from tier 4 to the top of tier 1.

Im not trying to hate on elementz or anything, Im just saying that as soon as he changed it, I started seeing tfs CONSTANTLY, and all the op comments started.

It's like Garen, everyone thought he was underpowered and then without any changes he became OP. Sometimes you just need to put a little more faith into champions instead of just following what everyone else is playing

When everyone realized you can use his ult to jump across the map and kill steal.
