Hmm... I can't actually think of anything to write about at the moment, anyone have any suggestions? Either a specific topic or a broad subject will be fine.

Or I might just think of something after a while.

Thanks!

Great guide you got here. If u're looking for a topic/sub-topic, maybe you can introduce the idea of flexible builds to counter other team? (ex. Getting a Banshees if other team AP heavy) and the importance of why even carries need correct defense items.
Again, good job on explaining the other important aspects of the game

@GotOwned: I've actually decided to write a section on item stats. So, I'll probably be covering a bit of that.

Frankly, I came into this guide under the impression that it was simply going to reiterate everything I already knew. However after the first few sections I quickly realized that this was not the case.

Although most of this is very baseline knowledge on how to play the game, it highlights all the little seemingly insignificant things that make a huge difference in the end. For instance, I never really take the time to sit and think of my teams strengths as a whole and cater my play-style accordingly, I simply focus on farming and doing well myself.

It just goes to show you that everyone complaining about being stuck in elo hell are rightfully in a state of hiatus, just waiting to advance the the pinnacle of gameplay that exists at 1.9k + elo. How do you get there? By reaffirming the absolute BASICS you think you understand already...or by simply memorizing this guide.

Excellent read, +1.

Decent guide, but unfortunately excessively human-biased (i guess here author had been conditioned as "human" and was too weak/foolish to resist it). So i shall go and explain some obvious mistakes (to me but not "majority") that author here tries to implant in minds of "trusting" (aka stupid) players (thus lowering their value as training bots), complement some flawed paragraphs and ad a couple of those missed entirely.
Note: those conditioned as "humans" reading this shall automatically roll "he is crazy" reaction; those stuffed with prejudices to the horns shall dismiss it like "he speaks like nab ergo he IS nab". I shall try to reduce dude argo abuse after sufficient exemplarisation to keep from descending into likeness of infamous Lurkmore blackness.

Support and warding A (alternative hehe): watching closely lots of replays with CLG (the only team i acknowledge, dismissing others as "imbeciles" aka flawed bots aka blind kittens) i have seen from which that evil called excessive warding had originated: imbeciles use it mindlessly, and CLG with wicked smile mirrors it, gaining advantage in other fields. Fundamental truth obscure for too many is that:
If one team "uses wards" and other doesn't and somehow (like, by using brain duuudes) doesn't feed, it gains a massive gold advantage. Like, MASSIVE. Duuuudes.
A simple arithmetics: 4 oracles = one Largely Needless Rod (sure, who needs it? WARDZZZZ)
Here it does splits in two sub-dirs:
1) Effects of "buying wardzz" on Healers or Why Soraka/Sona/Janna are Useless and Feed.
Its simple. They feed because they do buy wards. I never do it (neither) and dimly do suspect that these somehow, may, be related. Duuudes. Reasons of that, apart of being uber squishy no dmg gaps in team from simple underitemization are:
a) Soraka needs gold? Wat? Lulz u nab bro? resulting in Support Soraka Wardzzz players not even trying to lasthit (that Kaitlyn needs it moar, sure; balance of power huh lolwut?)
b) Lack of ma-ai aka 'keeping distance "I have wardz lulz" which leads to classic "support feeding" (above standard 0-4 deaths; you have heal bro)
And, as consequence, hilarious situations when one team perfectly sees other heading to dragon, tracking them with Clairvoyanceh (another clutch-like waste) but being so spent on wardz that they are unable to actually do something about it.
Note: when reading this, some of you must now be experiencing/projecting that mixture of pain and fear you were made to: "Lol umad bro?" "He is crazy"
2) How To Play Without Wardz In Thirty Days (Pleeze Send Me Sixty Dollarz):
For map awareness, a team needs 1 (one) ward obtained from the Lantern. Its uses are:
- drops on major crossroads where heavy, strategically important traffic is expected in few seconds;
- drops on approach route towards some phat monster who takes too long with most of them being alive and mia, if you do not expect to suicide or kill that drake then kill them all;
- drops over ridge into that baron den before all going hide at bottom;
- drops to cover a behind while retreating with creep denial;
- drop to cover sidebrush while mass towerhugging (surprise, feedle!)
- some "crazy" personal ward tricks like fabled Katarina juke or Akali buffstealkill.
These cases are so rare that lantern stays on cooldown half of time.
Use of ward into sidebrush to "ward from gank" is nubbity. If needing this you fail soo hard in champ select/build/placement and basic playing skills you need to ragequit. Like, now. Besides, only mommies and failwicks wank in that warded brush for minutes. LoLwicks kill you all right from behind your tower. You do not ward behind your tower do you?..
Rule of fiddling thumb: if you do not know a heck about strategy (like, did not read Sun Tsu AND understood it, comprehension still better), do not buy wards and Sora bless you oracles. Go buy that extra ruby crystal to feed considerably less. Or finish effect item. If you have not proficient commander they (if have such) would own the map regardless any way it has. TEAM X CONTROLS THE MAP! GODLIKE!!!

* * *

Forgotten Paragraph: Telepathy Basics and Battlefield Enchantments
(those b... ehm, witches, call it "witchcraft" aka "wicca" like they own it; last time i remember the Church had owned them although the times have changed since)
A simple notion not comprehended by too many: This game is all about god**** magic! (Some gods **** all the magic; others only that of their peers. Hulloa there, "There is no other gods but Christ" little brainwashed dupe!) And "demons", too. Uuh, scary, horny deamons.
(IT IS NOT AS BAD AS YOU THINK: IT IS MUCH, MUCH WORSE).

... I expect all of you as a beginner players had experienced that sensation of something nudging you to some direction and some resistance when you turn away. This thing is called "guidance" and it happens when some of those people in hoods (ornate, scary hoods) or some old player (come to think of it, i sit and write in hood too, LoL) decide they had enough of your stupidity and ASSUME DIRECT CONTROL, LoL. Guidance can be a useful thing if you yerself happen to be at a complete loss, but only as good as those who use it; being guided into dumb defeat is not so rarely a case. Those guys in scary hoods deal with it in quite funny manner: they guide 'both' teams, setting one to be roflpwned by another. Cheaters.
A rule of fiddling thumb: do not guide others if you do not know a heck about strategy, see paragraph above.
And send to Nine Hecks those attempts to "guide" (here it is "goad") to somethink you yerself perceive as nasty. Most likely it is. And nastier. Like stealing dragon from where and when you would have fed as one. Or unlike.

... There is a reference in one of Rid**** films "...and what happens in that little world of yours?.." after which he kills one of the imbeciles with teacup. One of perceiptful players once remarked on me "he is not here; he is in his own world". In KoDP there is a post-battle message "our magic blew over theirs but they rallied..." All these are referring to one concept known as "battlefield enchantment" aka "battle meditation". "The battle here is more than one". League of Legends comes with its own pre-built enchantment for each map, but these are too well-known to advanced players and do not fully suit needs of roflpwnage. Too many (especially worshippers of porn, spit) tend to replace these with their own. Many cases of so-called "ragequits" are in fact related to being fully overwhelmed by hostile enchantment and feeling dumb, doom, intense psychic pain, energy drain, blackouts and doing things not intended. Rage is but instinctive reaction to mind-control, often futile (now who of you throws a few tantrums every day to keep rage potent and murders everyone who tries to brain**** you?.. over Internet?.. a combination of full awareness, self-control discipline and iron will is more effective and at least drags much less aggro from "lawkeepers"). Thus someone on team must assume the role of battlefield enchanter to prevent this (enchanter, jungler/healer and commander, every game, EVERY ONE!!!). As quite few 'living' people can do it on their own, calling to higher beings aka "prayer" (although its cheating too) is recommended. Praying in games, LoL. Although what is life as not a game...
Note: some music is quite helpful in enchanting battlefields.

Assassination: Marking
Those of you who bothered with a single playthrough of DS2 may have already know much of it (ofc, ofc, the other sources mister Hitman); in LoL these skills are taught by Kennen if you give him something "nice" (guess what is "nice" for violets do not make that typical mistake XD ).
An intense focus of your hatred and thirst (or will) for kill on single player (some Soraka or a jungler or anyone otherwise fit) and even going out of your way to kill him once again can break his morale, make him nervous, making mistakes and adding to your legendary streak. Do not bother with anything; go kill him once again. Unnerving sight of you speeding from behind his tower for eleventh kill, constant expectation of another death... nothing hinders enemy team exactly like marking a key player. Especially if he is also happen to be their enchanter or commander.

@paShadoWn: Umm, I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to say... Think you can reiterate that for me? o.o Or if anyone else can clarify that, I would appreciate it. Thanks.
