just had an idea for those who get ganked early game. imp revive gives a bonus 400+hp after revive has been used. combined with teleport you'd be right back up in their face for a solid minute and forty five seconds (depending on buy or whatnot). just wondering..let me know if you have any feedback

Well, one way to use the imp revive is to tower dive asap. and hopefully do it before someone on their team hits you. That way you die, and get the imp revive bonus, and they don't get the gold for getting first blood. Then you teleport back in. And get first blood.

Seems kind of dumb to waste a summoner slot on revive even if it is for first blood...

yeah i understand that it's kinda not worth it for first blood, but at the same time it cuts down on the endgame rez timer. which we all know gets fatty as ****. getting that 2nd or 3rd kill even can make a big difference in the amount you're fed for a game. idk though it's really tempting to try, just don't wanna risk it lol. was seeing if it made a decent difference in the way the early game is played.

Revive still seems way too situational for it to actually be useful. Your revive/tele trick could be useful, but how much will you bite yourself in the ass for not getting flash/ghost/exhaust? Any pro team will see that you have no escape/chase spells and you'll lower your threat level significantly. Just my view on it.

this does seem to rely on your enemies not noticing you have 400 more hp, they could just hang back.
its not like you can super tower dive if they even have 1 stun or slow.

Yah, the end game timer cutdown would be nice...

but you have to remember, typically its not just you that goes down. The situations that you would really want that timer reduced is that gaming changing team battle that your side loses. The only way it would be good is if you all had it then, and that aint happening. Having one guy spawn early does not help you. And now you have all blown a summ spell slot on one specific situation which is never a good idea.

You MIGHT get a solo drop/one guy killed situation where your team makes it out otherwise, but a majority whipe is far more likely imo/ime.

And that doesnt even account for the fact that... you are playing assuming its YOU who will die?

it wouldn't be worth to get revive/tele even if it gives you 400health it aren't enough to be usefull if you can't chase/hit them or if it's just for survivability against harassers they would probably chop off those 400 health points in a instant.

However if you would make a 5man premade with 5 revives (imp ofc) 2-3rallies (never say no to regeneration) 2-3heals (more healing!) and then some chars that got healing capacity (soraka, taric, nidalee, mundo for extra damage) and everyone gets a health potion aswell (total of about 600-700bonus health at lvl 1 with revive bonus) charge in that mid tower (5 people wth!?) and take it down with all your healing and damage (rallies inc take imp if you want). The game should pretty much be over quite early or that you got a tower quicker than expected.

Guess it would be useless most of the game with that 7-10min cd and you aren't exactly supposed to die, but if you're a char with high damage output and low health sure, you don't exactly need to get health items when it's on.

the only champ that should be getting revive are thoses who are expect to die but are required to get back to the fight asap, that being tankers; rather than tower diving use

lmao, pre TF nerf me and some friends had a fun idea, have two or 3 people pick tele and atleast 1 early sun (like pantheon), have a tf pick up a ward and put it in the bushes between the top or bottom's towers have the others teleport there, and then proceed to wtfgank the first person to go by, is hilarious tbh, when we did it we got FB on an anivia

and weve done that revive tele trick in a full premade too, also hilarious, though we were playin on smurfs and we faced some level 20+'s, didnt win the game but was so much fun , only problem was the second time we tried it we ended up facing a person from the game before, so the surprise was kinda wasted
