Shoots a ball of electricity at the target, dealing 80/100/150/200/250 while charge is active, deals 50% splash damage
CD: 7/6.5/6/5.5/5
Costs: 50/60/70/80/90 mana
Scales off AP

W-Charge up
Active,Electro channels for 1sec while increasing in size and gets the charge up buff, while charged he gains 5/10/15/20/25% movement speed and buffs his other abilities, if electro should die while he is charged, deals 50/100/150/200/250 damage to surrounding enemies.
Lasts 3/4/5/6/7 Sec
CD: 30/25/20/15/10
Costs: 40/50/60/70/80 mana

E-Electrify
Active, Electro puts an electric charge on the Target dealing 50/100/150/200/250 Damage over 5 sec slowing them by 10% if charge is active, then he stuns them for 1.5sec
CD: 10/9/8/7/6
Costs 90/95/100/105/110 mana

Ult- Electrocution
Active, Electro Channels a massive wave of electricity threw an enemy for 2sec, dealing 200/300/400 Magic damage + The targets armor If charge is active, then Electrocution gains 15% spell penetration

Costs 150 mana
