Fumbri, the Fungusbearer

Changelog:
v1.0 Fumbri, the Fungusbearer
v1.0.1 Added a ranged attack to E - Fortified Fungus.

Credit for lore goes to Erenia.
Lore:

Deep in the plague jungles are many mysteries that noone has seen before. One of those mysteries was Fumbri. Shortly after a season of heavy rain, the monstrosity was found walking through Kumungu devouring all plantlife in his path. He left a trail of spores behind him as he walked, spawning several types of fungi.
Calling upon the institute of war to solve this crisis the summoners apprehended Fumbri and teleported him back to the institute for research. It was stated that he consisted of several types of fungi that had fused together somehow.
A week later Fumbri was yet again found walking around devouring everything in it's path, however this time in the middle of the insitute. By causing his cage to mold and then ramming the brittle bars, Fumbri escaped taking the lives of many surprised summoners until he was once again confined. In order to contain his hungers, Fumbri was made a regular champion of the League, able to feed whenever summoned - as a champion in the arena.

Stats:

Attack: Weak
Health: Strong
Spells: Medium
Difficulty: Medium/Hard

Attack Speed: Slow
Movement Speed: Slow

Innate - Evolution
Fumbri may kill his own Moldlings with a basic attack (deny them) when they are on a percentage of their max health or less. By doing this, Fumbri will heal himself for that amount over time and he will also regenerate his mana over time, by a portion of the Moldling's max mana.
Additionally, on levels 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18, Fumbri will grow in size by a small amount and increase his max health and mana.

Q - Moldlings
While Fortified Fungus is active, the range of this ability increases greatly.
Fumbri shoots out seeds onto target area, dealing magic damage(+AP ratio). The seeds attach themselves to any enemies that are hit and they begin to sprout after time. Once the seeds have sprouted on the enemy, they form a moldling which is a pet that you can control (max of 3 moldlings). The moldlings take less time to spawn if you hit a certain amount of enemies(required amount decreases per level). The moldling has a percentage of your current health and mana and it lasts until it dies, or until you die.
It can't attack, but it has an ability.
Sapping Spores:
Whenever you attack or cast an ability, the Moldlings will cast this ability directly infront of them.
Deals a percentage of the Moldling's max health and mana as magic damage in a cone, and steals a fixed amount of health and mana from each enemy the ability hits, adding it to the Moldling's max health and max mana.
Half damage to minions.
Mana cost - (there is one, so they can't just spam their ability)

W - Fortified Fungus
Fumbri unites all the fungus in his body to transform himself into a tower of fungus, with a cannon-like hole at the top.
Increases the range of some of his other abilities. Shields him from damage based on a small percentage(+AP ratio) of his current health and mana for 20 seconds, the shield renews every 5 seconds. While in this state, Fumbri may cast but he can't move and gains a ranged attack. Cast this ability again to cancel it.

E - Fungicidal Grenade
While Fortified Fungus is active, the range of this ability increases greatly.
Shoots a grenade of fungus at a target point or enemy. The grenade will slow all enemies in an area around the target, and all Moldlings that are in that same area will explode, dealing their current mana(+AP ratio) in magic damage.

R - Meldling
Passive:
When Fumbri dies, he restores a percentage(+AP ratio) of his max health and mana to all nearby allied champions.
He will be revived on the spot within 5 seconds if he is healed by a certain amount, and will come back with that amount of health, and any mana gained after he died(This includes mana regen. Don't worry, it's a fairly low number). This allows for Moldlings to live for up to 5 seconds after you die.
He can be healed/given mana by allies and summoner spells for half the amount that they would heal.
Active:
Fumbri shoots a special seed out onto target enemy champion. After a short time the seed will sprout into a Meldling, and all Moldlings that are in a small range of the Meldling, will also transform into Meldlings.
Meldlings have more health and mana than Moldlings, and they cast the "Sapping Spores" ability every 2 seconds directly infront of them. After 5 seconds, or when the Meldlings die, Fumbri is healed for half of their max health and max mana.

NOTE: Only when MELDLINGS die, will you regenerate health and mana. Moldlings will only turn into Meldlings when the Meldling sprouts and IF they are close enough to it.

Morde? Oh hell no.
The shield costs mana and refreshes after 5 seconds, renders you unable to move and gives you a ranged attack.
Only you can cancel the ability, it's not interrupted by a stun or any cc.
Think of it as a Zhonya's Hourglass.
I'd describe it best by saying it puts you in stasis like Hourglass, but you can be attacked and casted on, and the shield should prevent the damage anyway unless you get heavily targeted/bursted. The point of that is to give you some time to get enemies off you with your Q pets, or an E grenade to turn the tide, since both abilities get a longer range in your shield form. It also buys you time for cooldowns on your abilities.
He's more like a Maokai/Heimerdinger type of playstyle.

Ever since I started playing league I've wanted a champion just like this. he's a great tank and love the moldlings idea (should have more then three for the max, but make it so they only appear after the moldlings (ability) kills a minion; should also make a passive affect of meldlings that whenever moldlings (pets) kill a minion they become a molding and whenever Moldlings (ability) kills a champ it spawns a meldling.) By far a great Idea and I really hope it goes into use at some point soon or is at least looked at for another champion idea.

Thanks for the feedback man!
Glad you like the concept, and I'm sure some changes can be made to the pets.
As far as I'm concerned they're definitely a variable aspect of the champion, as their numbers would be base on their spawnrate and how tanky they can be. It's a very rough concept as is.
Thanks again, I appreciate the comment
